Online Return & Exchange Policy (Store Credit Only)

Eligible items purchased through ValobraJewelry.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, minus applicable shipping costs.

  • Store credit does not expire

  • Store credit may be used toward future purchases or exchanges

  • Items originally shipped will have outbound shipping deducted from the issued credit

Items traded in to Valobra Master Jewelers and applied toward a purchase are not eligible to be returned to the original owner under any circumstance.


In-Store Purchase Policy (Store Credit Only)

Eligible items purchased in-store may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for store credit only, minus applicable shipping costs if the item was shipped.


Easy Return Process

The return and exchange window begins on the date your item is delivered or picked up in-store.

To initiate a return for an online purchase:

  1. Email inquiry@valobrajewelry.com to request a Return Authorization (RA#)

  2. Follow the provided return instructions

  3. Ship the item using the provided or approved insured method

All returned items undergo inspection by trained staff, which may take 1–3 business days.

Once approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.


Eligible Items

Eligible items must:

  • Be new or pre-owned, regularly priced merchandise

  • Be returned in original condition, unworn, and unaltered

  • Include all original boxes, certificates, and documentation

Additional conditions:

  • Ring sizing, engraving, or other modifications render items ineligible

  • Discounted or sale items are final sale

  • Special orders, custom pieces, eternity rings, and specially sourced loose diamonds and gemstones are final sale

  • Gift recipients may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of the store manager

Your sales consultant will clearly outline return eligibility during the ordering process, including any applicable restocking considerations.


Repairs & Service

 

Valobra Master Jewelers proudly offers expert repair and servicing to preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.

To begin a service request:

Upon receipt, items are evaluated by our jewelers within up to two weeks, after which a detailed estimate will be provided. Evaluation considers time owned and condition received.

Return shipping, duties, and taxes related to service are the client’s responsibility.


Warranty Policy

Valobra Master Jewelers offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Complimentary repair or replacement (at our discretion)

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Environmental exposure

  • Items not purchased directly from Valobra Master Jewelers

Unauthorized modifications void the warranty.

Replacement Policy

If an original item is unavailable, a comparable item of equal value and similar style may be offered at our discretion.


Legal Notice

This Lifetime Limited Warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Valobra Master Jewelers shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from product use or inability to use the product.

This warranty grants specific legal rights; additional rights may vary by jurisdiction.
