Shipping Within the United States

Valobra Master Jewelers is proud to offer complimentary 2nd-Day insured shipping on all orders over $500 shipped within the United States.

  • In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days

  • Made-to-order items may require up to 8 weeks for delivery

In the event of a return or exchange, outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the issued store credit. Shipping charges vary based on order value.

Insurance & Signature Requirement

For the protection of our clients, all shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery.

If you are unable to sign for delivery, you may coordinate with the carrier to hold your package for pickup at an authorized facility.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address

We understand jewelry is often purchased as a surprise and are happy to ship to an alternate address.

For orders over $500, the alternate shipping address must be on file with your credit card issuer so we can verify authorization and protect against fraud. This can be added by calling the number on the back of your card.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO & Freight Forwarding

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.

Military or civilian personnel stationed overseas should contact us directly to discuss alternative arrangements.
