Shipping, Returns & Exchange, Warranty, and Repair Policy

Shipping within the United States

Valobra Master Jewelers is proud to offer Complimentary 2nd day shipping on all orders over $500 shipped within the USA. In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Items that are made-to-order can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. In the event of a return or exchange, a shipping charge will be deducted from your credit which varies based on the value of your order.


Insurance & Signature Requirement

In order to protect our customers, we fully insure each package and a signature is always required on every shipment. If you cannot provide one, you may use your carrier account manager to have your package held for pick up at a carrier facility or one of their authorized locations.


International Shipping

Valobra Master Jewelers is only able to ship to addresses outside the United States on a case-by-case basis. Shipping to an address other than your billing address

We understand jewelry is often purchased as a surprise, and we will happily ship to a different address than the billing address associated with your credit card. However, to do so for all orders over $500, we must ask that you have your alternative shipping address(es) on file with your credit card company so that we can verify that your order is a purchase authorized by you. To add an address with your credit card company, simply call the number on the back of your card and tell them you would like to add an alternative shipping address to your account.


Online Return Policy

14-Day Full Refund or Exchange / Store Credit (minus shipping) on *eligible items from ValobraJewelry.com. Refunds will be returned in the original method of payment – excluding cash. Items purchased in cash will be refunded by check. If your item was shipped, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Items traded in to Valobra Master Jewelers and credited towards your purchase are not able to be directly returned to you during any period. In the event you request a return or exchange, you will receive store credit to use towards an exchange or future purchase.


In-Store Purchase Policy

14-Day Exchange or Store Credit (minus shipping) on *eligible items purchased in store. If your item was shipped, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.


Easy Return Process

The return and exchange period begins on the date the item arrives at your destination or picked up in store. If you elect to delay your shipment, your Sales Consultant will alert you if this will be deducted from the return/exchange period. Returns made in store are usually completed the same day, usually within 45 minutes, unless the item was purchased in cash. To begin a return from items purchased on ValobraJewelry.com, email inquiry@valobrajewelry.com to request your RA# (Return Authorization Number), return shipping instructions, and a shipping label. Your item will be thoroughly inspected under camera by specially trained staff which may take 1-3 business days. Upon passing inspection, your return will be processed and a refund issued within 10 business days. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment, excluding cash purchases. Cash purchases will be refunded by check.


Eligible Items

*Eligible products are new or pre-owned regularly priced items sold without modifications such as ring sizing or engraving, and are returned in the condition they were sold in with all included boxes and certificates. For watches, this means the watch, strap, or bracelet show no signs of being worn. Links taken out of the watch bracelet must be returned to receive full credit. Items purchased on sale or otherwise discounted are only available for exchange or store credit. Special orders, custom items, eternity rings, and loose diamonds sourced specially for you, are not eligible for return or exchange. Your sales consultant will advise you of your return privileges during the ordering process, including any applicable restocking charges. Items received as a gift are only eligible for exchange or store credit.


PO Box, FPO, APO, DPO & Freight Forwarding

For security purposes, we do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations. Military or civilian support personnel stationed overseas that have only APO/FPO addresses, please contact us by email at inquiry@valobrajewelry.com or by phone at (713) 961-4500 in order to discuss other shipping options.


Repairs & Service

We want you to enjoy your Valobra Jewelry for years to come. Should your jewelry ever need servicing, you can entrust our specialists to preserve its beauty and longevity. Simply start a service request by contacting a concierge at (713) 961-4500 or inquiry@valobrajewelry.com, or bring your item to a Valobra Master Jewelers boutique and a local concierge will assist with starting the service.

Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate your item. The evaluation may take up to two weeks, after which you will receive a detailed cost estimate for your service. We take into consideration “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating a piece. You may choose to have your item returned to your provided shipping address or arrange for in-store pickup.

Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the location where we delivered your order. If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.


Warranty Policy

At Valobra Master Jewelers, we take pride in the exceptional craftsmanship and enduring quality of every piece we create. To honor that commitment, we offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty—a voluntary assurance that exists alongside your rights under consumer protection laws.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects that occur under normal conditions of use.

  • Complimentary repair (when feasible) or replacement of defective items.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper handling, lack of reasonable care, accidents, or negligence.

  • Unauthorized repairs, servicing, or alterations.

  • Normal wear and tear, aging, or environmental factors.

  • Items not purchased directly from Valobra Master Jewelers or an authorized retailer.

Any unauthorized modifications or repairs will void this warranty.

Replacement Policy

If your original item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable piece of equal value and similar style, at our discretion.

Important Legal Information

This Lifetime Limited Warranty and the remedies provided herein are exclusive and offered in lieu of all other warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Valobra Master Jewelers expressly disclaims liability for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of such possibilities.

Where applicable law does not allow exclusions or limitations on implied warranties or certain damages, some of the above terms may not apply to you. In such cases, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty, to the extent permitted by law.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary depending on your jurisdiction.
