How are pre-owned watches valuated?

Pre-owned watches are valuated based on their general condition. The most important features that determine the value of the watch are the dial’s appearance, the state of the crystal, stamps and engravings, the case, and precious metals the watch has.

Can I get my watches adjusted?

Your watch can be adjusted by our on-site jeweler. The jeweler will remove links from the watch to adjust it to your wrist size. We offer repairs and maintenance by our off-site watch repair specialist.

What are the parts of a watch that need maintenance?

Most of the care and maintenance required for luxury watches is rather straightforward.  Keep the watch clean, away from chemicals and over exposure to water.  It is best to have the watch examined by a jeweler every few years to check batteries, movement and that it is running properly.
